There will be a blog contest soon enough, with signed books as prizes. Keep your eyes opened.

The book that will change your world

August 28, 2007

Sometimes we need a little time for ourselves, away from the rumbling world of advertising. Sometimes we need time to indulge in stories that change us. For those times, I’ve recently launched my debut volume in English. You will either love it, or hate it - but as sure as hell it won’t leave you without a reaction. So give it a chance, indulge yourself in the story that just might, might, might change your inner-self - at least for a couple of hours. Cheers.

Use the little widget on the right to buy it. It’s as cheap as dirt, I’m not trying to get rich from this. Click on the book picture for information, or just click here.

JBS - Men’s underwear

Apparently, sex still sells. Somehow, a naked nurse sniffing dirty underwear from a guy that’s sick (why would he be in a hospital) isn’t that appealing to me, I think I’ll pass. There are two more ads, just as disgusting as this one, here.

Moonbootica - pretty little angel

the freak way.

Philips - robot skin tvc

August 25, 2007

Naive imagery. Great production values. A la Chris Cunningham and Sorayama’s gynoids. Nothing new. Still, impressive for it to be in an ad. This will probably be followed by more, and something that would be called “robophilia”. Didn’t google / wiki it, so this might actually be invented already :)

I haven’t heard about this magazine until I saw these ads. And guess what, now I feel the urge to buy it. I want to read that magazine. This is the power of great advertising, apparently. Click on the ads for the details.  via
